Covid-19 reporting

The following has been added to the DSA Investor Reporting Standard. 

As long as payment holidays relating to the Covid-19 crisis are outstanding, an Annex can be added to the Portfolio and Performance Report, containing information on the way payment holidays are granted as well as payment holiday data (at least number and amount of loans subject to payment holidays). The use of the annex is optional.
