On May 4, 2018, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the European Banking Authority (EBA) each published a Consultation Paper on amendments to EMIR as required by the new Securitisation Regulation and the introduction of STS Securitisations On June 15, 2018, the DSA has submitted its responses.
